Do Good, In Word and In Deed

You may have guessed by now that I'm not just talking about great follow-up with your prospects and customers.  It's more than that, it's relationship building, customer relations, good business practices, good service after the sale - whatever we call it, it has to be good in-deed! 

Being "business-like" isn't always appropriate or even very caring.  It depends on what's going on with the person you are in contact with and how your actions are received.  How much genuine goodness do you see in business today?

Thankfully, I actually see a lot of it, probably because so many of my friends are entrepreneurs who really care about people.

Follow-up is actually following through on promptings.  I even think of it sometimes as opportunity knocking.
